Customer Service Advisor

The British Council Qatar is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor. We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person to deliver an effective quality driven first line service to customers, clients and stakeholders at the British Council Qatar, ensuring that customers receive the information and services they need in a friendly, professional, efficient and responsive environment. The post holder will also be responsible to meet Customer Service Excellence Standards in all contacts with customers.
