As the grand finale of the 10th Qatar UK Festival, the Fashion Show & VIP Reception will celebrate the spirit of creativity, heritage, and innovation across both nations. This exclusive event will feature a runway showcase highlighting collections by Qatari designers, local communities and pioneers in sustainable fashion. A sustainable stage design will set the scene, integrating recycled materials and eco-conscious aesthetics to reflect the festival’s commitment to responsible creativity.
The evening will conclude with a VIP reception bringing together diplomats, cultural leaders, designers, stakeholders and media representatives for an inspiring exchange of ideas and connections.
We welcome designs that embody creativity with purpose—particularly those using recycled or responsibly sourced materials—celebrating innovation through sustainability.

How to Apply?
Step 1 — Brand Identity, Show us who you are!
Please include:
- Brand Portfolio – story, concept, short bio
- Design Portfolio – 7–12 images of your designs, with a concept note describing the theme or inspiration behind your collection
- Brand Logo – high-resolution image
- Designer Bio
Step 2 — Format & Submission
All documents must be in PDF format
- Applications must be in English
- File names should include your brand name
- Send your application to: QatarFashion@qa.britishcouncil.org
- For large files (videos or photos), include a WeTransfer or Dropbox link
