Find Your Mentor. Shape Your Next Step.

Al-Ruwwad Advanced Mentorship Programme brings together emerging professionals in Qatar with experienced UK Alumni and industry leaders for a focused four-month mentorship journey.

Through meaningful one-to-one conversations, professional guidance and access to a wider community of expertise, the programme creates a space for 35 mentees to explore their ambitions, gain new perspectives and make more informed decisions about their next professional steps.

Programme period: October 2026 – February 2027

How the Programme Works

Selected mentees will be matched with experienced mentors based on their professional interests, development goals and areas of expertise. Mentees will also have the opportunity to review mentor profiles featured on the website and indicate their preferred mentors as part of the matching process.

Each mentor–mentee pair will take part in four structured one-to-one mentoring conversations over four months, creating space for focused guidance, reflection and professional development.

Alongside individual mentoring, participants will also have access to the new Al-Ruwwad Community Series, extending the experience beyond a single mentor–mentee connection.

Applications close: 3 October 2026 at 17:00 Qatar time
